Greenland offers pure wilderness and the strongest sea-run arctic char
TWO RIVER VALLEY
Fjords, crystal clear rivers, artic char and a country with the world´s lowest population density. Sounds like the ideal place for a fishing adventure! Here you find some of the biggest arctic char in Greenland and an abundance of opportunities in the ocean from fishing for halibut, wolffish, cod, etc. to whale watching just a heartbeat from the lodge. A real adventure!

Season runs from mid July to mid September

At Two River Valley we fish exclusively two different rivers, each offering around 6-7 km of fishing water, pool after pool. In addition, we offer a great sea fishing program just outside in the fjord.

This program starts in the morning after breakfast and offers everyone to fish 8-9 hours per day, or even more if wanted. After the fishing day, clients come back to a great dinner served by our chef.

At Two River Valley there is only a “soft” guiding needed as it is quickly obvious what it needs to take fish and we want to give everyone the experience to fish alone in this magnificent nature. We always have two full-time guides on place to help and giving the groups an introduction about the pools, fishing methods, etc.

The two rivers only hold sea-run arctic char which grow up to 15-16 lbs. We have seen fish that were estimated to be close to 20 lbs. The average weight is close to 4-5 lbs. Biggest fish caught so far was 14 lbs.

Our guests find a lodge that consists of a main lodge that contains the kitchen, a dining room and the most remote bar on the planet. In addition, the lodge features one guest building with most of the guest rooms with single and double rooms. The lodge offers in total 3 fully equipped bathrooms with toilet and shower.

The rooms in this lodge are comfortable with single beds, offering all comfort you need for a fishing adventure in Greenland, keeping you warm and offering a good sleep after a day of walking along the river. In total there is room for 9 guests.
